WVT CETT - Practical Energy Solutions Presentation - in BOS Workshop, Monday, June 5 at 7:00 p.m.

The West Vincent Clean Energy Transition Team will be hosting a presentation by Practical Energy Solutions of the Township’s municipal and community clean energy transition plans (CETP). These CETPs describe steps that can be followed by township government, residents, businesses, non-profit organizations, and institutions like schools.

Implementation will lead to lower energy usage and cost, improved efficiency and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. These CETPs are a culmination of an 18-month multi-municipal grant award through the ChesCo Planning Commission.

The CETT will also be discussing several programs from PECO that offer residential energy assessments and greatly reduced rebates for energy conservation and efficiency for local businesses and non-profit organizations.

Also on the agenda will be a presentation for a cell tower to be placed at the Township Municipal Building.
