The Sustainability Committee will be hosting a special presentation held by representatives of the Chester County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) in their Wednesday, December 21 meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Building.
Municipal Zero Waste Initiatives – Trash Collection Systems
Solid waste management is essential. Not all collection systems are the same. A compare and contrast of the single-hauler system to the private haulers system will be reviewed. Also, the best options for West Vincent Township residents’ budgets and for the environment will be discussed.
The presenters will be Patti Lynn, Chester County Recycling Coordinator of CCSWA, and Bob Watts, Executive Director of CCSWA.
All residents interested in this topic are encouraged to attend and take part of the discussions.
