PUBLIC NOTICE - Zoning Hearing Board public hearing on October 13, 2022

PUBLIC NOTICE On Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm, the West Vincent Township Board will conduct a public hearing at the West Vincent Township Building to consider the following appeal Notice of Violation Enforcement Notice and request to amend the April 22, 2019 grant of special exception pursuant to Section 603(C)(2) for Honeybrook Properties, LLC c/o Scott Risbon. Now, as a result of Codification, Section 390.28(C)(2) of the West Vincent Township Zoning Ordinance dealing with conversion of farm buildings in R-2 District.
