Beth Intoccia Receives Citation at Chester County Commissioners' March 2023 Meeting

In their March meeting, Chester County Commissioners presented Beth Intoccia, founder and chair of the Litter Lifters of West Vincent Township with a citation, recognizing her as a Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful Affiliate Volunteer of the Year as well as receiving the Ocean Conservancy award for the second year in a row.

Beth's dedication to making a difference, enthusiastic engagement, and focused execution have also attracted the attention of the Sustainability Director, Chester County Planning Commission (CCPC). The CCPC is currently using Beth's plan as a template for creating a litter task force and sharing that template with many townships within the county.
