PUBLIC NOTICE

The Preliminary 2024 Budget for West Vincent Township has been prepared and is available for inspection at the Township Building, 729 Saint Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 on weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Final adoption of the 2024 Budget will take place at the Board of Supervisors meeting on December 18, 2023.

The Proposed Budget 2024 - 2026 was presented in the Monday, November 20, 2023 Board of Supervisors Meeting. The Board of Supervisors reviewed the proposed budget and approved it as the Preliminary (Draft) Budget 2024 - 2026.

How our presentation of the budget works:

A Proposed Budget provides the proposed budget documents for the following year, which are presented to the Board of Supervisors for their review and approval, typically in their October Board meeting.

Once a proposed budget is approved, typically in the November Board meeting, a Preliminary Budget is made available to the public at least 20 days prior to the Board approving a final adopted budget.

An Adopted Budget is the final budget adopted by the Board of Supervisors, typically in their December Board meeting.
